Consumption of steroids & drugs is very harmful for both partners. It decreases the quality of sperm in men. Additionally, steroids can cause male fertility issues. In women, prolonged consumption of steroid use causes many complications and difficulty in pregnancy. It may also cause cervical cancer.
13. Body Temperature
Body temperature has a vital role in fertility issues. As sperms are produced in the testis (scrotum cavity), they need a lower temperature than body temperature. An increase in temperature can affect the production and quality of sperm and ultimately lead to infertility.
14. Sexual Transmitted Diseases (STD’s)

16. Body Rest (sleeping time)
Sleep and fertility are very closely connected. The pregnancy rate for those who sleep 8-9 hours a day is higher than that of those who sleep less. Also, try to stop eating 2 to 3 hours before bedtime.
